MICKEY MOUSE BIRTHDAY PARTY INVITATIONS

MICKEY MOUSE BALLOON INVITATIONS - Cut an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of card stock into four pieces using decorative scissors. Write or type out all of your party details. Hole-punch upper left-hand corner and run curling ribbon through it and tie to a blown up balloon that has a Mickey Mouse print. Hand-deliver invites.

MICKEY MOUSE HEAD INVITATIONS #1 - Draw a Mickey Mouse head on black card stock. Trace a plate for the head and a glass for the 2 ears. Fold the large circle in half and write on the outside using a gel pen: "Meeska, Mooska, Mickey Mouse". On inside write: "Join us in Mickey's Clubhouse as we celebrate (name's) birthday!" Then insert date, time, location of party, RSVP and phone number.

On textured white paper (finished size 4 1/2" x 7 1/2"), either type or handwrite in calligraphy the following party details:

Using decorative scissors cut insert and glue to inside of card stock. Decorate inside with Mickey Mouse stickers.

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY SANDWICHES - Cut sandwiches into shape of Mickey Mouse with cookie cutters.

FRESH FRUIT & DIP - Cut-up strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, and apples. Beat together 7-oz. jar of marshmallow cream and 8 oz. package of cream cheese.

CHEESY POTATOES - Bake 6 potatoes until almost done. Cut in half and hollow out. Add 1 cup sour cream, 1 1/2 cups grated Velveeta cheese, 1/2 stick butter, salt and pepper. Mix well with electric mixer. Stuff mixture back into potatoes and wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top is brown.

MACARONI & CHEESE - Just use your favorite recipe or make it easy on yourself and use a boxed version.

CHEESE QUESADILLAS - Place flour tortilla on plate, fill with Mexican blend of cheese, and top with another tortilla. Microwave about 1 minute to melt cheese. Cut into pie-shaped pieces. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. In the alternative, use Santa Fe's Quesadilla Maker, which seals the 2 shells together and seals the individual pie pieces together.

DAISY CRACKERS & FRUIT - Spread Garden Vegetable cream cheese on round crackers. Cut green or red seedless grapes in half and place them around the crackers. Put a blueberry in the center of the cream cheese.
