I grew up in North Texas, and Halloween has always been my favourite holiday; I take it very seriously. I got the idea for this costume from the Renaissance Faire that I went to that summer. I purchased the corset at the Faire, but everything else was either made or bought secondhand to fit in with the theme. The skirt was purchased and then altered.
