GOLF COURSE INVITES - Make invitations out of green cardstock to look like a putting green. Affix golf stickers to the green to place the hole, flag, and ball in the middle. Put all the party details on the back.

SCORECARD INVITES - Pick-up some scorecards from your local golf course. Use golf terminology like Tee Time (for the time of the party), Course (address of party), Course Length (end of party time), Water Hazards (if there is an opportunity for swimming), and Event Sponsor (for RSVP details) to announce your party.

GOLF PHOTO INVITES - Cut 8 1/2" x 11" card stock into 2 pieces and fold in half. Using decorative scissors, trim edges of a photo of the birthday honoree dressed in golf attire, so it is slightly smaller than the card stock. Glue photo to the front of the invitation. HAMBURGERS & HOTDOGS - A BBQ is always a perfect add-on after a day at the golf course.

MAKE YOUR OWN PARTY KABOBS - Thaw pizza bites, chicken nuggets, and breadstick dough cut into bite-sized pieces. Add mini hotdogs, cheese cubes, and cut-up veggies. Have everyone create their own kabobs on wooden skewers, bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

PIZZA - Either order pizzas or have everyone make their own. GOLF COURSE CAKE #1 - - Make or buy a sheet cake. Either airbrush it green or frost it with green frosting. Create a sand trap using crushed graham cracker crumbs. Create a water hazard using blue gel icing. Create the hole by placing a sucker stick, that has a flag-shaped piece of construction paper on the top, in an area of the cake. Place plastic golf figurines on the cake. Use a tiny drop of white frosting to create the ball.

GOLF COURSE CAKE #2 - Make or buy a round cake. Create the golf green on one area of the cake using a piece of green fondant, green-colored sugar, green frosting or gel. Add a flag using a toothpick and a piece of colored paper cut in a triangle shape and glued to the toothpick. Use a tiny drop of white frosting to create the ball. Write various golf phrases like "Birdie", "Eagle", "Hole In One", "Fore", etc. on the side of the cake.
