The party is over. All the costume ideas have been created and now it's time to "put them away." Of course, the hope is that you will be able to "use" them again. Most of the time, all that's left are the memories. The photos get stashed away "just for now", with the hope of putting them into a scrapbook. You plan on sending Grandma and Grandpa copies, but it just doesn't happen.

Birthday-Party-Ideas-101 is all about helping you to create fun and fabulous birthday parties by providing lots of birthday party ideas and options.

Now it's time to turn the tables. Let's bridle the result of all of that wonderful creative energy that you put forth to create your homemade costume masterpiece, and display it for the world to see. We are adding a homemade costume photo gallery and we would love to showcase photos of your homemade costume party ideas, along with any tips and hints for making the costumes, on our site for others to enjoy and draw inspiration from!


Guidelines For Submitting Your Homemade Costumes

  • Feel free to submit as many different HOMEMADE CHILD, ADULT, or PET costume photos as you wish, just complete a separate submission form for each costume. Each costume must be made by yourself or a family member. If you added to or altered a purchased costume, then go ahead and include it too.

  • Your photos and write-up must be original and not infringe on any copyright laws. They may come from you, family member, etc. Please do not copy from another source.

  • Each file you attach should be limited to 1 MB.

  • Please crop and resize your photos to no more than 400 pixels wide.

  • We recommend you type your costume tale as a Word document and attach it to your Fantabulous Homemade Costume Submission Form. That way, if something goes wrong out there in Cyberspace and we need to ask you to resubmit your tale, you won't need to rewrite it.
