Instructions for a Clown Face Cake

Items Needed:

  • Happy Clown Birthday Cake Pan
  • Cake Mix of Your Choice
  • Icing Bottles with a Standard Tip
  • White Icing
  • Yellow Icing
  • Red Icing
  • Blue Icing

Step 1: Once you have made the batter, pour it in the happy clown cake pan – ensuring that you prepare the pan according to the cake mix box instructions.

Step 2: When the cake is finished baking, cool it down for awhile so it isn't warm to the touch.

Step 3: Put icing in the icing bottles, according to their color. At the minimum, you should have an icing bottle for the colors white, yellow, red, and blue.

Step 4: When you are ready to put the icing on the cake, you should designate which colors go where. For example, the hair, face makeup of the clown, and the trim should be red. Then, the eyes, around the eyes, and the collar of the clown should be blue, yellow should be used on the hat and collar. Then, white should be used on the face of the clown and in the eye area.

Step 5: You may then write “Happy Birthday” in the hat section of the clown theme cake.
